Welcome to NEO-X AI ("the Service," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Service, as well as any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available through hyperlinks. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

  1. Use of the Service

(a) Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

(b) License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or non-commercial purposes.

(c) Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or inappropriate purpose. You shall not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.

(d) Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content generated by the AI chatbot. You acknowledge that any reliance on the chatbot's responses is at your own risk.

  1. Subscription Term, Fees & Payment

(a) Subscription Term: The Service may offer subscription plans that provide access to additional features or content. The duration of each subscription term will be specified when you sign up for the subscription.

(b) Fees: To access certain features or content, you may be required to pay subscription fees. The fees for each subscription plan will be clearly indicated before you make a payment.

(c) Payment: By subscribing to the Service, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method you provide during the registration process. You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date payment information.

(d) Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription term, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fees.

(e) Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions provided in your account settings. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

  1. Intellectual Property

(a) Ownership: The Service and all its components, including but not limited to the AI chatbot, software, design, trademarks, and content, are the exclusive property of NEO-X AI and its licensors.

(b) Use Restrictions: You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part of it without our express written consent.

  1. Privacy

(a) Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

(b) Data Collection: We may collect and store data to improve the Service's performance, but we will not share any personally identifiable information without your consent.

  1. Confidential Information

(a) Definition: "Confidential Information" refers to any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other, whether orally, in writing, or electronically, that is designated as confidential or reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure.

(b) Obligations: You agree to treat all Confidential Information received through the Service with the same degree of care and confidentiality as you would use to protect your own confidential information. You shall not disclose, reproduce, or use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than as necessary to access and use the Service.

(c) Exceptions: The obligations of confidentiality shall not apply to information that is publicly available or becomes known to the public through no fault of your own, was independently developed by you without reference to the Confidential Information, or is required to be disclosed by law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

(a) No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

(b) Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

  1. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

(d) Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

(e) Relationship: Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and NEO-X AI.
